Natural Resources Wales have recently set out new proposals for net and rod fishing byelaws across Wales.
These proposals include:

The images show recent work carried out this month to improve river and fishing access on Beat 1, between the Swing Bridge and Stone Bridge.
The club would like to express a big THANK YOU to the Howells brothers for their ongoing contribution to improving access to the river.

814 Total Sewin (Seatrout) Caught
69% were returned
Total catches of seatrout for 2015 showed and increase of more than 30% on the previous year with an almost identical percentage of fish returned.
25 Total Salmon Caught
80% were returned
Total catches of salmon for 2015 were slightly higher to the previous year with 28% increase in the percentage of fish returned.
To all our anglers who returned fish well done, very good return figures.
