Heading from Llandeilo towards Llangadog on the A40 go through the village of Rhosmaen (past the Plough inn pub) there will be a long straight road. Half way down this straight road there is a bridge that goes over the river Dulais. This is the river you can fish. Both banks up and down stream from the bridge.
